Welcome. This Don Brenton Fire Prevention course is designed to teach the people who work in your organization about types of fires, fire extinguishers, and correct use of the extinguishers you have.

Along with sprinklers, alarms, and fire extinguishers themselves, your knowledge is an important part of your workplace’s fire prevention and response system.

This course will provide you with the basic knowledge you need to protect against and prevent fires at work.

You’ll learn about what causes fires, how to react, when and how to fight a fire, how to operate and maintain extinguishers, and when and how to evacuate the building.

The course is made up of learning modules, each followed by a quiz. Successful completion of each quiz leads you to the next module.

The entire course takes about 45 minutes to complete.
